Our one and two bedroom corporate apartments are located in two prime locations. In the central business district, you can find us in the Manhattan complex, 240 Bunda Street, Civic. For stays close to the Parliamentary Triangle we’re in the Griffin complex, 15 Tench Street, Kingston.

Every apartment has a fully equipped, residential sized kitchen, an internal laundry, plus zoned living areas including lounge, dining and separate bedrooms. Apartments have a workspace and include a balcony. Also included is unlimited secure WiFi, utilities and weekly servicing for stays more than 9 days.

Yes, we have allocated onsite secure car parking.

Our apartments are designed for extended stays. We have options to suit your needs of a week, a month or even a year. Share your dates and we’ll be happy to confirm availability.

Unfortunately given we are in residential buildings there is no storage of luggage allowed. We try to facilitate later check out when we can, however this is occupancy dependent.

Yes, we can invoice companies directly and include claim numbers or project references.

We have limited options for pet friendly accommodation. Please reach out and we will advise availability.
